I really cannot get anymore Pinterest-IE on you, can I?
No, not really but trust me this is better than your typical macaron cakes & basic Mason jars. BECAUSE SANGRIA POPSICLES…IN SANGRIA.
Doesn’t get better than that?
Especially since it’s contrasting with white AND red sangria…together. With fruit !!!
There’s nothing better to end the summer with really.
Poolside Popsicle Sangria
1 bottle of white Eppa Sangria
1 bottle of red Eppa Sangria
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
2 oranges
1 lemon
BPA-free popsicle molds
+ directions: first of all, feel free to change up the fruit. Get creative here. Throw a kiwi in; whatever works. The night before you make this: put red sangria with a couple of blueberries, raspberries, squeezes of orange, & lemon juice into the popsicle molds and freeze. Make sure you do this the night before because it takes alcohol longer to freeze.
The next morning, add ice to tumbler glass & pour white sangria halfway into the glass. Remove popsicles from freezer. Add them ( with the sticks! ) into the white sangria. Garnish with a sprinkle of berries. Squeeze some orange & lemon juice on top.
CHEERS.
No joke, I made these for my friends & they were FLOORED. Actually, loved them so much they’re making ( forcing? ) me to make them for Labor Day. Guess I’m on alcohol duty because who else is going to make sure the popsicles are perfect & ready? Not mad about it.
To make the vision even clearer for you, I created a quick little tutorial. Easy, to the point, & just full of summer goals.

Again, I used my favorite sangria ( what up twist off top ) because this one is all organic & filled ( yes, actually filled ) with antioxidants.
Really multi-tasking here with a buzz AND nutrients.
Sangria needs to have its moment because as much as I love red wine…it’s not exactly summer friendly. I always top my sangria with extra, extra ice. YES PLZ.
SO! Turn on some Bossanova ( highly recommend Sergio Mendes ), chill your glasses, prep your popsicles, & get ready for a light summer poolside buzz.
This sassy sipper will NOT DISAPPOINT.
Hope you all have a fabulous relaxing Labor Day.
Cheers, lauryn x
